My homemade oatmeal banana gluten free vegan morning cookies you will love

I love cookies. And I love delicious healthy cookies even more. I’ve been making these gluten-free, vegan oatmeal banana cookies for years and they don’t go out of style. As the kids might say, they’re fire. I have one or two, okay, probably three, each morning so that’s like almost a 1,000 cookies a year! WOW. Well, at least they’re super healthy and delicious. Not to mention very easy to make. The recipe, and the link to my Instagram reel, is below:

Throw in half dozen frozen bananas 🍌 with mixed gluten free oats. Let sit for a few minutes.
Then add as much organic peanut butter as you want (or nut or seed butter).
Then add your toppings. I like pumpkin seed, chocolate chips, walnuts, raisins or blueberries.
Mix it up and spoon onto parchment paper in baking tray. Then cook at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until as golden as Harry Styles 😉
