My go-to smoothies

My go-to smoothies for a morning snack or pre-and-post-workout. 😓

Green smoothie 🥑 inspired by @drmarkhyman :
— 1 cup of frozen spinach
-half cucumber
-3 celery stalks
-1 lemon
-Half avocado
-2 tbsp mct oil
-2 scoops vegan protein powder @moonjuice

Berry goodness 🍓
– 1 cup of water
1 cup of oat milk
1 cup frozen berries
1 ripened banana
2 dates
1 cup spinach
Maybe some cacao nibs!
2 scoops vegan protein powder @moonjuice

Just blend! Thank god for @vitamixca 🔥
